Yellowstone Freight

Crating & freight coordination

Crate it right before it rides.

Some freight should not leave loose, wrapped light, or guessed at. Send us the item details and we can coordinate crating through qualified packaging partners, then quote the freight side once the item is protected.

We do not recommend shipping live bears. No real bears were used in this sample image.

When to use it

Use crating before the freight becomes the problem.

Fragile or high-value items

Parts, equipment, displays, tools, and finished goods that need more than a pallet and stretch wrap.

Odd size or awkward shape

If it cannot stack cleanly or ride safely as-is, crating may save money and headache later.

Export or long-distance freight

Crates, blocking, bracing, foam, and freight planning matter more when the shipment changes hands.

What we can coordinate

Packaging partner support, then freight after that.

Yellowstone coordinates crating through qualified packaging partners when needed. We do not claim every item can be crated same day, and we will tell you if the freight needs more information before it can be quoted cleanly.

What to send

Good details make this faster.

  1. Photos of the item from a few angles.
  2. Length, width, height, and weight.
  3. Pickup ZIP, delivery ZIP, and dock or forklift details.
  4. Timing, value, and anything fragile, sharp, finished, or sensitive.

Next step

Have a shipment we should look at?

Send the item details. If crating makes sense, we will help point the work in the right direction and quote the freight around it.
